Quality Assurance Management.

Sydney Maritime Services understands the importance in delivering to our client a product that meets the engineering and design specifications and requirements for the works.  Specifically, we understand the importance in delivering a high quality product that meets our client’s expectations.

We have developed a Quality Assurance Management System which ensures that key quality milestones and goals are met and that these are witnessed and approved if required.  A QA management plan is developed and customised for each project in consultation with you, our client to provide the opportunity for you or a trusted representative to witness and confirm that crucial steps and quality benchmarks are being met and documented.

Each Quality Management Plan is developed based on the proposed works and begins with defining the necessary milestones for Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) to address the crucial steps in the procurement and construction process.  We offer you the opportunity to add or remove Hold and Witness points to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
